Introducing the first electronically controlled, forced air, woodburning BBQ!

Quality Combustion
The principles behind the Woodflame Burner (Oxygen to combustioin ratio) insure almost perfect combustion.
The temperature of combustion (750°C) acts as an incinerator and dissociates the toxin's present in wood (dioxane,
furan, methanol, etc). Moreover, the exclusive use of hard wood, excludes resinous derivatives (creosote), which
can be carcinogenic. The quality of combustion is observable by the absence of smoke and soot coming from the burner
once the wood is ignited. In fact, the only smoke generated by your Woodflame is at the time of lighting or restocking
or when you turn off the fan for a final infusion of smoke flavor. The presence of smoke or suspended particles in
smoke is always caused by an incomplete and imperfect combustion such as the slow combustion of a fireplace or wood stove.
Renewable energy
According to governments and energy management organizations, wood is a renewable form of energy.
Compared to propane, natural gas or the electricity produced by fossil fuels, the use of wood as a combustible is in
itself an ecological choice. Moreover, the quantity of wood required to operate your Woodflame BBQ is so
minimal (approximately 250g for a typical meal), that it can be fired with the residues of the wood industry,
branches, shavings, and reconstituted chunks containing bits of saw dust (Écolog). This is a smart and
eco-friendly alternative which uses products that might otherwise become trash.
Electronic Controls
Your Woodflame BBQ comes with nine electronically controlled power levels.
The electronic switch lets you efficiently manage the air supply and cooking temperatures, all at your fingertips.
The nine pre-set settings offer optimal heat variations.
Four standard D-cell batteries can power the blower for ultimate portability. One set will last an entire BBQ
season. (Over 36 hours.) An AC adapter powers your Woodflame at home. A 12 v. vechile adapter is also available for
grilling on the run.
