Outdoor Chefs are Unanimous: "For Cooking Meat, WoodFlame is No. 1."
"BBQing doesn't get any better than this!"
- Paul C. (Visual Efx Director Toronto,Canada)
"We had a great time camping this weekend. Lots of fun, swimming and
laughs. We ended up cooking 2 breakfasts and 1 dinner on the Woodflame,
also boiled water to do the dishes as well. Great food and flavour.
Fish, mushrooms, corn, toasted bagels, made a couple of omelets and
cooked up some asparagus. Over this past weekend I could have sold 5
BBQs without breaking a sweat."

"I really like the Delecto. It is becoming one of my favorite BBQ's and I plan on doing a lot of cooking
on it."

"I recently used a WoodflameUSA grill for a party I had for approximately 18 people. We were exceptionally lucky as we
had the opportunity to grill shrimp, cod, salmon, beef tenderloin and chicken. All turned out fabulously. The chicken
was perfect with a slight crispiness to the skin and moist, tender meet inside. The shrimp turned a beautiful color and
was amazing with the demi-glace that seasoned the meat. Fish is exceptionally easy to prepare without drying out. The
beef was incredible. What I noticed is that the WoodflameUSA provides for adjusting flame height, temperature,
distribution of heat under the grill and other "fine tuning" adjustments that make grilling easy - from red meat, to
fish to chicken to veggies. Further, the food takes on the wonderful flavor of whatever readily available fuel is
accessible. In this case we used Oak which gave all of the food another element of richness to the flavor. I highly
recommend the WoodflameUSA. Inexpensive, versatile, easy to use. All-in-all a great contribution to the fine art of
grilling. Thanks a million!"

"I invited some friends to my home to watch a cook off. I used my old and large propane grill and my friend
used his WoodflameUSA Grill. I pulled the trusty grill out of the garage. Then I had to clean it up a bit and turn
on the gas. Meanwhile my friend took the WoodflameUSA Grill out of his car trunk. He waited about 10 or 15 minutes
while my grill got good and warm, before he opened his grill. He put a piece of starter paper and two blocks of wood
(about 2 inch square) into a cylinder below the grill. As soon as the wood started to burn he turned on the fan under
the flame. But we had to wait a little bit for the wet wood chips in the gas grill to begin smoking. Then we smoked
fresh salmon and some shrimp. At this point both grills took about the same time to smoke the fish and shrimp. Then we
let our guests eat and tell us which was better. It was a dead heat, the judges liked both . I will keep my old clunky
gas grill, but I want a WoodflameUSA Grill. I can't put my gas grill in my car, I would need a truck and a friend to
help me load it. The WoodflameUSA is very easy to move and set up. And remember the fan in the WoodflameUSA? It's powered
by 4 D batteries. I used a fair amount propane and a cup and a half of wood chips plus double the time. I was astonished
how little fuel is used in the WoodflameUSA. Both grills have a learning curve and I am sure I can be up to speed faster
with the WoodflameUSA."

"Who would've thought! It's amazing to see the grilling results we achieved with the WoodflameUSA grill first hand. We used it for the first time at a party - together with delicious Asian-inspired recipes for chicken, beef, shrimp, salmon and more. Flavors were obviously heightened by using hardwood rather than charcoal. The grill's flavor chamber made adding more complexity and distinctive tastes to food simple. And, high intensity adjustable heat made adjustments quick and easy - all in such a compact portable grilling unit. We look forward trying many more recipes in the days to come. I'd recommend the WoodflameUSA to any and all grilling enthusiasts."

"I purchased my first WoodflameUSA BBQ for my summer cottage in Vermont. Using it the first weekend convinced me that it is all you ever need for the fastest, and by far the most flavorful wood essence outdoor cooking experience. Brilliant, simple, reliable, and very portable, my new best friend follows me everywhere and delights all for whom I cook."

"I was invited to use the portable grill presented by WoodflameUSA last Friday night. We grilled a variety of foods ranging from meats (chicken/beef) to seafood (shrimp/salmon/halibut) to vegetables (mushrooms/asparagus). Every dish was beautifully cooked with the grill. What was most amazing to me was how much heat was generated from such small unit using only batteries as the power source. I am looking forward to our next dinner."

"I recently had the opportunity to attend an outdoor dinner party where the food was prepared on a WoodflameUSA grill. I had never seen an outdoor grill where you could control the temperature so easily. The flame was easily adjusted, same as a conventional cook top range, from a simmer all the way up to a mini inferno. This was due to a "forced air" system used by the WoodflameUSA. Pretty nifty. The grill was lightning fast to start. A match, a small piece of wood and presto we were ready to start cooking. Something we would not have been able to do on a conventional charcoal grill. We cooked beef, chicken, three types of fish and a bunch of different veggies. All cooked to perfection due to the precise control over the heat. Another thing I noticed was the flavor. The wood used to cook this "feast" was Oak and it imparted a terrific flavor. Much better than the flavor of "starter fluid" that usually permeates the food cooked on charcoal. I was told that the wood can be ordered in many different types Oak, Maple, Cherry etc., each with its own particular taste. Pretty cool. Well, we had a great time trying out all the different dishes. And when it came time to clean up, the wood had consumed itself and there was only a bit of ash to brush away. I'm a believer. WoodflameUSA; fast to start, easy to use, a snap to clean."
